The ten-level path

A 5-square linear board, one die, one player. Then 10 squares and 1–2 players. Turn-taking memory with 4 cards, then 8. Simple bingo (numbers 1–10), then bingo with letters and numbers. One special square type (go back 1), then 2–3 types. Mini challenges on squares (say a word with B). A full board mixing phonics, feelings, and number prompts.

Turns are the curriculum

Waiting is the hard part. The extras (memory, bingo, special squares) sit on that habit. When it launches it will use the same short levels, badge, and family credits.
