The ten-level path
1–2 big areas with a suggested color, then 3–4. Free coloring on one simple thick-line drawing, then a 6-color palette. A more detailed picture (5–8 areas), then 12+ colors. Finish 1–2 missing parts, then several. Fine-line precision. A blank canvas with basic tools.
Why the hints fade
Suggested color is scaffolding. The last levels ask kids to invent. Pair the game with paper pages so the habit leaves the screen.
